Health Event – Diabetes Prevention & Education

Join us for a FREE health event focused on diabetes prevention and education. This informative session will be facilitated by Edgar Lopez-Baez, a Community Health Worker (CHW) specialist from the Foundation for Healthy Generations, and will be conducted over Zoom.
